General Terms of Sale
A bank card number or deposit cheque will be requested to make a reservation. Except in the case of special offers and group reservations, no payment is required in advance. Below are our general and special terms of sale and cancellation conditions :
General cancellation conditions :
There is no charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours before noon on the scheduled arrival date. For later cancellations, the price of the room only, for the first NIGHT, will be charged to the provided bank card number or against the deposit, in the name of compensation.
If a guest fails to arrive, without cancelling their reservation, the price of the room only, for the ENTIRE STAY, will be charged to the provided bank card number or against the deposit, in the name of compensation.
Once the guest arrives, the full price of the stay will be payable, so if they leave early, they will be billed for the price of the room only, for THE ENTIRE REST OF THE STAY, as arranged at the time of reservation.
NB: Cancellation must be made by the same method as was used to book the stay.
Special terms of sale :
In the case of a special offer the general terms of sale then in force will be further specified. Some examples include :
Bookings for the low season offer of three nights for the price of one cannot be modified or cancelled.
Likewise, reservations under the special winter promotional pricing cannot be modified or cancelled, and the price is paid in full at the time of the reservation.
In the case of groups (defined for these purposes as reservations of eight or more rooms), special pricing may be applied. That pricing may differ from one group to the next, so a price quote will first need to be issued.
B&B packages are possible, as is half-board on request.
30% of the total estimated cost will be requested in the name of a deposit (meaning partial prepayment of the booking) and must be paid within the time frame defined by the option date agreed when the quote was produced.
For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to check-in, the deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will become the permanent property of the hotel.
Any total or partial cancellation within five days of check-in will entail the immediate payment of the full amount provided in the quote.
Breakfast: 8 to 10 am Tuesday to Friday & 8:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays
Rooms become available at: 3 pm
Rooms must be vacated by: 11:30
Please notify Reception if you expect to arrive late (after 7 pm)
Information clause on consumer mediation
After entering the service (after sales, after traveling, after… ) and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel mediator free of charge, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.
